Ted spent the greater part of his business career with Unilever Canada companies T.J. Lipton Inc and Lipton Monarch Professional Markets Group in sales management, most recently as National Account Manager - Western Canada. In that capacity his client list consisted of most of the national foodservice chain corporate offices, including A & W Foodservice, White Spot Limited, Cara Operations, Canadian Airlines, Boston Pizza, Versa Services, Silcorp, 7 Eleven Corp, etc. His background is sales, sales management and development of new marketing initiatives in the foodservice area.

Past activities have included

• Alberta Restaurant & Food Services Association - Director and chair, 10 years
• Port Coquitlam Amateur Athletic Association – President, 4 years
• Poco Pacers Track & Field Club – 5 years, coach, and latterly president
• Canadian International Dragon Boat Festival – volunteer for over 5 years, working with that association both prior to and during the festival

As Hamazaki Wong's General Manager, Ted takes his role very seriously. In fact, he sort of puts the "General" in General Manager. When he's not conducting our finances or shuffling through the mounds of paper on his desk, he's busy stocking our shelves for Martini Fridays.
