“This vote of non-confidence is important and the most consequential thing that has ever been undertaken at the Green Party of Canada. We do not take this matter or the decision to hold this vote lightly.” We didn’t say the words but we wrote them, and much more, on this public affairs engagement with the Green Party of Canada. It was a dizzying time with 24/7 media monitoring and vigilance since the media cycle never stops. Behind-the-scenes planning, strategy, and implementation with an eye to media response were our metrics and, in the end since it’s politics, you can decide on whether you agree with the results!
